• Unlimited email communication upon booking
• Up to 3 meetings prior to event (2 months, 1 month, and 2 weeks before)
• Complete walk-through meeting of all rehearsal and wedding day details
• Final venue walk-through meeting
• Wedding rehearsal attendance and management (1 hour)
• Development and management of event timeline
• Detailed itinerary and vendor list distributed directly to each vendor, bridal party and family members
• Floor plan review and final walk through of venue
• Primary communication with all vendors at one month mark
• Contract reviews
• Coordinate all deliveries and installations
• Distribution of final payments & gratuities for vendors
• Oversee timely flip of room from ceremony to reception, if needed
• Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ
• Cue family and bridal party for special moments
Day-of Management
• Supervision of event setup and tear down
• Event day management and oversight
• Put out fires (figuratively and literally) should they arise :)
• Up to 12 hours of day-of management
You have put creativity, time, and heart into the planning process but need help executing your vision. As your event gets close, we will go over important details and tie up any loose ends. Basically, we will make that vision you worked hard for come to life. On event day, we will be there to manage all the details with your vendors and ensure that everything runs smoothly!

• Recommendations and referrals based on style, budget, and personality
• Design assistance and direction (design proposal to curate aesthetic, source vendors, color combinations and decor elements)
• Organization of ceremony processional and recessional
• Wedding weekend management
• Setup and tear down at ceremony and reception
• Up to 14 hours of day-of management
